Our core business focuses on delivering high quality, thorough and practical coach training programmes, the promotion of the coaching profession globally and the ongoing manifestation of human potential through our coaching and our coach training programmes.
The ILI is one of Ireland’s leading training & development organisations within the corporate & consumer market with a specific focus on ‘human resources’ – bringing out the best in people, improving performance and communication skills & conflict resolution. Our uniquely designed presence-centred approach, facilitated through the coaching process, is a primary reason for our success. The ILI team are highly trained and experienced professionals and consistently deliver excellent results in all aspects of business coaching, training, and development work. When working with organizations, our focus is on maximising the organisations’ Human Resources through the application of professional coaching, NLP, the Science of Motivation, the Psychology of Success and Emotional Intelligence.
The Irish Lifecoach Institute works closely with companies, providing specifically designed programmes in key areas such as coaching skills training, staff development and customer care, highlighting the connection between personal effectiveness and business excellence. We also work with key personnel in companies, helping them to change limited thinking, poor responses and ineffective behaviour, and to resolve conflict, resulting in more productive, and effective leadership, and all round harmony within the company.
As well as working with organizations we also offer our Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching courses to the general public. These coaching courses are open to all who wish to become coaches in their chosen field, those who want to bring coaching skills back in to their workplace improving their current performance and their promotion opportunities. Many people also do our Diploma course for personal development reasons as this course is hugely transformational!!
The Diploma Course is an accredited ICF (International Coaching Federation – www.coachfederation.org ) programme (ACSTH) and as such coaches graduating from the course are automatically recognised worldwide as a professional coach
