This powerful and unique 3 day training programme is designed for those who have completed a coach training course (and see above for possible exceptions to this). It is an excellent opportunity to develop your career coaching skills and acquire effective, proven career coaching/management tools which can be applied to your own career development, with your coaching clients or within your organisation.
This comprehensive and energising workshop will enable you to develop your career management competencies and knowledge through practical and experiential methods, and includes a 1:1 career coaching follow-up session with Jackie. The ILI have been successfully running this advanced coach training programme since 2006.
This workshop is now an Accredited CCEU International Coaching Federation (ICF www.coachfederation.org ) programme for 18 CCEUs (8 Core Competencies & 10 Resource Development)

Jackie Howell
Jackie is an Executive, Leadership & Performance Coach, Career Strategist and HR Consultant. Before specialising in coaching Jackie held a number of senior HR and consulting roles including, UK Head of Recruitment for KPMG Consulting. She has an impressive track record across private and public sectors, working with ambitious and dynamic individuals and organisations in their pursuit of outstanding results. Her track record combines a credible blend of expertise resulting from her senior HR roles, own business portfolio & international experience. Jackie’s qualifications include Chartered Member of the Institute of HR Management National, NLP Master Practitioner, Leadership Coach, British Psychological Society Occupational and Personality testing, SHL, DISC & Cut-e Psychometric Assessor, Accredited Belbin (teams). Jackie trains and mentors within Career Coaching field both in Ireland and South Africa. A main focus of Jackie’s current work is implementing a new ‘career management partnership model’ into organisation which, attracts, engages and retains key talent at all levels.

Colette Bannon
Colette is a Career Coach, an Executive Coach, and a Team Coach for fifteen years and is also a Coach Trainer with the ILI. Having completed her Diploma in Business and Personal Coaching with the ILI in 2007, and the Advanced Career Coaching Certificate in 2008, Colette set up The Workcoach brand and has been successfully supporting clients in their careers and work lives ever since.
In the first ten years in business as a coach, Colette primarily attracted career coaching clients, regularly preparing hundreds of individuals for career advancement and progression on a one to one basis and also via her signature Career Development Coaching Course, delivered via ETB (FAS), SECAD, Waterford leader Partnership and private companies as part of their career development or out-placement programmes.
Examples of organizations Colette has worked with include; Diagio, Pfizer, Cartamundi, GE, Sky Ireland & the UK, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson & GSK, Modular Automation, Radley Engineering, Lidl, Dermot Bannon Architects, & Nematon.
More recently Colette completed an Msc Masters in Coaching via UCC and has achieved Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She is also an EQ-i 2.0/ EQ 360 certified practitioner.
Colette is a natural coach & trainer. Her empathy and understanding as well as her enthusiasm for helping people make progress, ensures her approach is subtle yet powerful and she is very experienced in the use of many coaching models and learning techniques. |
