We offer both Classroom based Courses and Virtual Courses and also a wide range of Advanced Coach Training Workshops for practicing professional coaches.

Students can continue to develop during their course by using our student Resource Centres for each of our Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses.

ILI Supervision Programme for 2024 – Online Group Sessions


Thank you to all the coaches who attended our Coaching Supervision Information Call on Tuesday April 23rd.

We are running Online Coaching Supervision Sessions in May, September and November, hosted by each of our 3 Coaching Supervisors. These group sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 coaches so please ensure you apply early for each to hold your place. 

Session 1 – Wed 8th May 7-8.30 – Group Supervision led by Rachel Dungan MCC

Rachel Dungan, ICF-MCC, ACTC and EMCC ESIA

 Known as ‘The Pharmacist Coach’ Rachel coaches leaders and their teams to create a learning culture where individuals and teams flourish, collaborate to achieve shared goals and sustain one another’s growth and development. Professionally, she has been a registered pharmacist for 25 years and a professional coach for 13 years. She currently Zooms around the world with clients in 6 continents from Lismore, Co Waterford, where she lives with her husband and three teenage children. 

Coach Training and Development: 

Rachel’s coaching journey began with the Irish Lifecoach Institute’s Cork class of 2010. Inspired by her experience, and determined not to slip back into default mode, she continued to deepen her coaching journey through certification in advanced coach training programmes including Medical Coaching, Health and Wellness Coaching, Mental Fitness Coaching, Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, as well as coaching skills development programmes, focused on mastery of coaching competencies aligned with ICF and EMCC credentials. 

Mentor Coaching and Skills Assessment: 

Rachel regularly gives and receives group and one-to-one ICF Mentor Coaching at ACC, PCC and MCC level.  As a trained ICF-PCC Assessor and registered ICF Mentor Coach, she brings a comprehensive understanding of coaching standards and practices.  Rachel serves as a member of ILI’s coaching skills assessor team. 

Coaching Supervision: 

Rachel has participated in group coaching super-vision as part of her professional development practices for years.  Inspired by the value of these experiences, in 2021, she embarked on a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with the International Centre for Coaching Supervision, a comprehensive programme accredited by EMCC, AC and ICF.  In 2023, she became one of 7 credentialed EMCC-ESIA Coaching Super-visors in Ireland.  She gives and receives one-to-one and group coaching super-vision. 

Liz Barron – ICF Professional Certified Coach  

With over twenty years leadership experience in Financial Services, IT, Programme & Change Management, Business Consulting and Agile Change, Liz understands the challenges of working and leading diverse teams across large organisations. 

Liz’s coaching clients have come from a wide variety of fields, at all levels of the organisation, including Legal, Business Consulting, Financial Services Manufacturing, Project Management, IT, Medicine, Accountancy, Software Development and many others. 

Liz completed her initial Coach Training with the ILI in 2009, and set up her coaching practice. Since then Liz has worked with the ILI faculty as Coaching Skills Tutor, Skills Assessor, design & delivery of Team Coaching Foundations course, and offering Coaching Supervision. She has also served as an ICF Ireland Board Member 2015-17 – Director of Member Development.

Stephen Hunter B.Sc, Dip, MIACP 

Stephen spent 20 years working for American multinationals in Ireland from 1990 to 2010. For the last 13 years he has been self employed as a trauma informed Psychotherapist and Executive Coach working with global Executives and Leaders. Stephen is a Lead Coach trainer with the Irish Lifecoach Institute. He is a professional skills assessor and Coach supervisor for practicing Coaches at all experiential levels. For a number of years Stephen was a guest lecturer in the School of Psychology in UCD Ireland, lecturing on the importance of reflective practice. To date, Stephen has supported Leaders in highly demanding positions globally, and has amassed almost 10,000 hours experience doing so, of which a significant amount have been online. 

Stephen is married with children and these relationships hold utmost importance in his life. With a life-work balance mindset he invests a lot of time and energy in downtime which is outdoor orientated. 


Whether working with groups or one to one, online or in person the main focus of Stephen’s style of supervision is on the coaches internal experiences and how accessing and interpreting this Somatic information can benefit the coaches themselves and their clients. Stephen works to support coaches assisting them to understand their own patterns, beliefs, mindsets and behaviours allowing coaches to excel. Stephen works with coaches who want to achieve the best from themselves both personally, and in practice as a coach.
