Couples Coaching

This is a relatively fast, effective way to help couples determine their future path.

We concentrate on the issues that have brought the couple to us, and work with them in an open, honest, supportive, and challenging manner, with only their agenda in mind. When working with couples, we emphasise the need for honesty at all times, and use exercises that require people “to come out of their hiding places”.

Having both counselled and coached couples, we can thoroughly recommend coaching, because it emphasises the future, rather than the past. Rather than going over and over old ground, the focus is always on new ground, with appropriate reference to old patterns.

We help couples towards a new and fresh relationship, rather than trying to bring them back to “the way it used to be” (which usually only existed during the “romantic” phase!).
