We offer both Classroom based Courses and Virtual Courses and also a wide range of Advanced Coach Training Workshops for practicing professional coaches.

Students can continue to develop during their course by using our student Resource Centres for each of our Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses.

Diploma in Personal & Business Coaching - Course Requirements

Hours of Attendance: 9.00am – 6.00pm (approx)

Total Class hours – 128 hours over 16 days

Peer Coaching – 4 hours (also 4 hours as a peer client)

Pro Bono (Free) Coaching – 18 hours/sessions coaching clients from outside the class (minimum)

Peer Coaching Group(PCG) Meetings – Min. 4 meetings over course duration

Personal Coaching – 4 sessions with a Professional Coach (Professional coaching panel can be provided) – Highly Recommended

Personal Development is a key component for qualification

Diploma Qualification – 85% attendance, completion of modular assignments, ongoing assessments on coaching practice and written assignments

Approval for a course place is subject to a short phone interview (as people can also appy for this course for personal development reasons only, this “interview” will be on the basis of making sure our course is right for you, so nothing to worry about!). Should you be offered a place on the course and choose not to accept it, €100 of your deposit fees paid is non-refundable. 

Classes are subject to both minimum and maximum numbers.
